How much profit do I make from apartment investing?
When I first got started with real estate investing, I was looking for a way to make PASSIVE income so I could achieve financial freedom. I had already built a successful online dietitian coaching business and learned how to grow my EARNED income. Now, I wanted to reinvest the profits I had earned so I could have cash flow-producing assets that would continue to pay my wife and I month after month, year after year.
In 2021, we purchased a 7 unit apartment building and it has been one of the best real estate investments we’ve made to date. That’s because within 2 years of owning the property, we were able to accomplish a 100% cash-out refinance. And, the property continues to provide us with positive cash flow month after month.
