This 80 plus year old machine company has equipment and tooling in house for complete build of Gage Fixtures, single gage items and Masters for setting of Gage and machine set-up. The shop is outfitted with machinery to cut and layout raw steel and finish manufacture through the entire process. Bench hand departments, raw machining including Milling, Shaping and Turning with CNC Lathes, and Mills. Finish machining including surface grinders, Jig Grinders (CNC), Jig Bore, I.D. and O.D. grinders.
Outside metal processing of heat treating and coating sources and inside finish machining including assembly gage try-out and Capability studies. The Shop has recently been ISO certified and is able to have its certificates renewed without total overhauling.
As a finish machine business our grind and final machine capabilities are in the micron range and our Inspection department is generally accepted to be of the highest rated.
